How many times have you seen a small three dimensional piece of jewelry that
you know was made primarily with a hammer and said, "Man I really would love to know how to do that". Here's your opportunity! Using specialty micro forming tools, learn how to fabricate and actually make 2 sets of earrings---a pair of micro spiculum earrings and a pair of micro anticlastic raised earrings. Two instructors will teach and guide you through the hammering process needed to create these earrings.

Andrea and Les will have you creating small delicate forms by the end of this two day workshop They will also provide the micro hammers, stakes, blocks and even  individual vises for all the attendees. Learning micro forming techniques is a very useful skill in today's market of rising metal costs. Using small tools, you can work with small amounts of thin metals (24-28 Gauge) and create structurally strong and uniquely designed jewelry. Join us in this ADC workshop and have a hammer raising good time!!Note: Physical strength is not an issue as hammers weigh between 1-3 ounces.
